Todd Amelio, Realtor
Todd is a B.Sc. graduate of Georgia Tech (1987) and a licensed General Contractor (#775955) with multiple trade certifications and designations. An experience home builder and property developer, Todd formed his own company to service the needs of South Valley clients in 1997 and has been one of the top Residential and Commercial Real Estate Consultants in the Bay Area ever since. Todd is, a Platinum Club Top Producer, a GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute), one of only 4% of all Realtors nationwide with a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation. Todd is also a SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designee, ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and an experienced commercial investment advisor.
Jessica Gaetani, Transaction Coordinator
Jessica is one of the most experienced Transaction Coordination people in the business and handles all listing transactions. Keeping the contracts organized and ensuring deadlines for content delivery are met as well as preparing documents for signature means the client can focus on more pressing issues than paperwork.
Juan Arellano, Media Coordinator
The Devil is in the details and Juan is our "detail" man. As our Facilitator and redefines the job description. He handles our signage, news print advertising, flyers, open house scheduling and logistics, as well as any catering needs.
