Penny started her career in the real estate industry in 1989 and received Rookie of the Year for outstanding performance in her first year. Her high performance continued and she was the first agent to receive Rookie of the Year for her second year in the real estate industry.

All of these management responsibilities serve her well in the real estate industry, as these are the skills required to be a successful realtor.
