Before becoming a Realtor, Phil was a Financial Analyst, working with various top companies. Helping these companies to develop and implement investment strategies as well as conducting financial evaluations and evaluating business opportunities, Phil honed skills which are invaluable to his real estate clients today. Prior to acquiring her real estate license, Stella worked as a Property Manager in commercial real estate. During this time, Stella acquired experience in areas of real estate that many professionals neglect. Her management skills are unparalleled and her knowledge of what it takes to manage a successful transaction helps her to ensure that her clients experience nothing but a smooth stress-free real estate experience.

In 2003 Lee Thomas, Phil’s sister joined Phil and Stella to help create the Phil and Stella Real Estate Team.  Lee brings her years of experience from the banking industry which demands attention to detail to help ensure that all critical areas of contract management are fulfilled.  Today’s average transaction has over 100 forms as well as inspections to schedule, disclosures that need to be signed and returned correctly, contingencies removed within the timelines of the contract and contractual work scheduled and coordinated with the contractors.  If any of these details are mishandled, this leads to problems during the escrow.  Together the Phil and Stella Real Estate Team ensure that all of these details are handled and done correctly to better serve our clients.

Personal Information
Phil and Stella are both lifetime Bay Area residents. Phil grew up in Los Altos and has lived in Saratoga, San Jose, Sunnyvale and Aptos. He attended West Valley, De Anza and San Jose State University where he studied Finance and Economics. Stella grew up in Palo Alto and has lived in Sunnyvale, Santa Clara and San Jose.

Phil and Stella have a daughter Jamie-Lynn who was born in January 20002.  They love spending time with Jamie going to parks, biking, hiking and other family activities.

Phil and Stella are a very family oriented couple who enjoy getting to know the families of their clients. They like to sponsor contests and giveaways that center on family fun and togetherness and find it very rewarding to help families to achieve their goals.
