Born and raised in Utah, I moved to this area after a 3 year stint in New York.
Upon moving here, I was very disappointed with the agent that "helped" us find a new home.  I then decided to embark on my own career as a Realtor.

 

At the time, 1991, I was the youngest agent in the local Real Estate Board.  Since then, I have assisted my clients in buying and selling property up and down the Peninsula. 

 

I have been the receipt of several awards and recognitions over the years, but the one that mean the most to me is the Golden Rule award.  I am one of a very few to have the honor of receiving this award that is voted  on my peers as the agent whom they believe to be the most honest and ethical.

 

I am happy to live in the wonderful town of San Carlos with my two sons, Michael-13 and Mitchell-11 and my husband Frank Giugliano.

I believe in giving back to the community that has supported my family so well over the years. To that end, I am a volunteer parent at my sons' school Central Middle and was the Committe Chair for Cub Scout Pack 65.

Frank is an officer with the Elks charitable organization in Redwood City where we donate much of our time as well.

 

 

I have been on the Board of the SCEF (San Carlos Education Foundation) as well as class ambassador for that program at my son's schools.

 

I believe strongly in our public school system, and the value that good schools and teachers bring to our community. I am painfully aware of the financial struggle that we are having to keep our schools at the level we want them to be. 

 

I will happily donate a portion of my commission from any sell or purchase to the Education Foundation of my client's choice.
