We had a 30 day escrow, and you kept everything on track to a very tight
schedule. This was particularly noteworthy since we had a variety of repairs
to coordinate.
Status
You regularly kept us informed on the buyers qualifications and
financing status.
Follow Through
You made sure we exited the property as planned, and to the benefit of the
buyers, arranged to have the house cleaned and ready for their occupancy.
In summary you basically arranged, coordinated and followed through with every activity required to sell our house. Your experience and detailed knowledge of home construction seemed particularly useful. This took all the pressure off Tracie and was a major relief to me sitting out of state. You did a great job!
