| Marita has always gone that extra mile for us...first as our mortgage consultant and then as our valuable adviser/Realtor. We were thrilled that her caring style and tenacity worked to our advantage: we succeeded in getting the house that we wanted for our parents (despite multiple offers) but the biggest surprise was on move-in day: Marita managed to have the carpets steam-cleaned, all the windows and glass doors washed, all the dents and scratches on the walls patched and painted over, including the baseboards, all the bathrooms and applicances sparkling cleaned---Marita literally handed over the keys to an immaculate house! That is first class service that is hard to beat. |

| I’m not sure how to begin to thank you because “exceeding our expectation” doesn’t do it justice.
This had to be one of your more challenging transactions compounded by the tough economy. Jon and I often debated about taking on this project of buying a house while I was pregnant. Fortunately, you were by our side the whole way; from staging the house, to providing daily updates, to providing contractors for any work that needed to be done. You tackled each seemingly insurmountable obstacle (and there were plenty) with confidence and tenacity. And, as my due date drew closer and the transaction was delayed, it looked like the perfect storm was approaching. Sure enough…new nanny for my toddler, new house, new baby, and the move all happened on the same day. Unlike me, you always managed to stay composed, focused, and on task. Throughout this arduous process, you went above and beyond being our Realtor. You were an astute and trusted advisor, a savvy negotiator, an advocate for us, and…..an unexpected advocate for our buyers, if they only knew all the work you did on their behalf to help push their loan through. To Jon and I, you are and have always been family.
We are now enjoying a beautiful house and are thankful everyday that we were able to move when we did. Now, we can grow roots in the place we always wanted to be in…. thanks to you!
