After I found a place I wanted (short-sale), she worked hard with the seller, their agent and the bank to setting on a price we were all happy  with. She was relentless in helping me out - bargaining with the other parties even after I had given up getting a price I wanted. She went far beyond my expectations.

Kelly has been our agent since 2009. She helped us buy a 6- unit apartment in 2009, and a condo in 2012. I believe Kelly has shown us over 100 properties between 2009 and now (2012), always with great patience, understanding, and knoweledge. When we purchased our 6-unit, there were complications with PG&E, due to a malfunctioning meter, found after escrow.
