Kelly walked me through the entire process of purchasing my first home. She helped me determine a price-range and narrow down what I wanted in terms of a property. She only showed me places within the budget that had what I absolutely wanted without the amenities I really didn't want. After I found a place I wanted (short-sale), she worked hard with the seller, their agent and the bank to setting on a price we were all happy  with. She was relentless in helping me out - bargaining with the other parties even after I had given up getting a price I wanted. She went far beyond my expectations.

She also helped me through the process of applying for and getting my loan. She set me up with a broker she trusted and went to those meetings acting.

As a nice finishing touch, she was interested in the work I did after my purchase. She kept in touch asking how renovations were going and even stopped by to visit after things were done.
